Any individual, regardless of gender, background, social status, or culture needs this work. The concepts discussed are universal and therefore are understood by all souls, regardless of their conditions.

That is because it is rooted in returning to yourself, which is innate and necessary to live authentically and achieve balance. ​A soul is only happy when we listen to it, so let’s Create space for that.

Guide

Mariyana Vatova, a biologist specializing in microbiology, is driven by a deep curiosity about life and the universal language of RNA. Her scientific exploration led her on a personal journey of self-discovery and mindfulness, especially during the challenges of an intense master's program and part-time work.

 

Frustrated by the lack of clear mindfulness resources, Mariyana co-founded Soul Space to create a supportive environment for emotional healing and resilience. This experience inspired her to launch "Create Your Space to Grow," a platform dedicated to helping others reconnect with their authentic selves and foster personal growth.
